The best thing about the leadership team is their commitment to our personal and professional well being. Encouraging open communication on all parts also allows the leadership to be on another level of greatness
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are allowed and encouraged to be ourselves. I can share something personal in book club or excuse myself for one minute to take my toddler potty, and that isn't looked down upon. The focus is rightfully on the quality of work we produce and we're allowed the space to strive
