My efforts have a direct relation to the success of the company and that is very rewarding. I feel engaged from start to finish of each day and excited to give my best efforts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere feels like an even playing field. No one person or department is above or below another. Being in Purchasing is challenging due to the current state of global supply chain, but every department does their best to be responsible for their part of the team effort for the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In reference to my direct leadership team: I feel that they are just as invested in me and our team as I am. They have clear, attainable goals. I believe they have the team's best interest in management. I feel supported in my efforts and am acknowledged for my skills and achievements.
