The company has a LONG LONG way to go. We were one of the greatest companies in the world but, not anymore by a long shot. The systems are old, managers use scare tactics and fear to run employees it was toxic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I got lucky with my team they were a good group and a good bunch.
