My boss has made the culture in that workspace very toxic. Not to mention she never helps us when we need it and just sits in the office asking for other employees to make her food while she yells at us and says horrible things. What bent my last straw was finding out she has been talking abt me.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They said they would call me within 5 days...took them a week ans a half.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly the coworkers and one of the supervisors are the only positive thing and this is not just coming from me. The manager makes it hard to work there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers I really do. We all bond so closely and they always make me laugh. But if I am gonna be honest, one of the things we have bonded over was quitting this job because of the treatment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What can be improved is the management. More specifically treatment of employees, being able to hop on and help your employees when needed, and the manager always tells the supervisors to clock her on even when she's not working so maybe that can be fixed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I personally have no problem with one of 2 supervisors but the other supervisor and the manager need to treat their employees better because it is not only me. 7 people have quit in the past month due to their behavior and I wanna make sure this doesnt happen again !!
