Samantha Laughter is a manager at the store that makes working there miserable. She picks at and bullies the teenagers (who are minors/children) that work there, and she has even followed a male minor into the bathroom while he was off the clock and waited on him to leave. She isnt a good leader

Co workers are the best thing. Management is the worse.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that coworkers are willing to help each other when they notice someone struggling in the weeds is very positive. But the fact that some managers get mad about it is not.
