Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better healthcare benefits, a salary more appropriate with the work I am delivering, and better parental leave.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is comprised of some of the smartest and hard working people. I genuinely respect and appreciate my peers.

What makes you most happy at work?

I genuinely really like my job, and I like my boss. I like that every event is different, so the work never feels monotonous.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I feel like the company is in the process of establishing a positive work culture. We are doing virtual happy hours and have various weekly/monthly meetings.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was able to meet with my boss and various peers and colleagues, and I was able to get a good feel for the people I'd be working with.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership feels so disconnected from the employees doing day-to-day work. Many people are doing a job that should require several people and they aren't being compensated appropriately. Additionally, there's a lot of virtue signaling without actual internal follow through. Morale is low.
