Makes training fun while being extremely informative. Always has a smile, an ear, or a hand as needed. Clear chain of command.
Humane, caring, good people all along
I love the well thought out plans of action put together by the team leaders throughout the work day
To be honest, not much. Very old school and take an approach of do this or find a new job
Review from Operations Dept
Very relatable, inspiring when needed, a true reflection of our values
Stop breaking the law. Stop lying to employees by saying that there is a change in payroll processing and instead converting full-time employees to freelancers with no rights to avoid paying wage losses and compensations.
Verbally abusive, catty and degrading
Listen, respect tenture and experience and lift both diveristy and tradtion
Leadership feels so disconnected from the employees doing day-to-day work. Many people are doing a job that should require several people and they aren't being compensated appropriately. Additionally, there's a lot of virtue signaling without actual internal follow through. Morale is low.
The very generous pay rate
Compensation is in line with job duties but advancement is difficult when outside people with very little industry experience get hiresd ahead of you instead of promoting from within. There is no loyalty it seems anymore.
The Unlimited PTO benefits is generous
It's tied to performance and
company pays lions share of insurance
Review from Operations Dept
I feel undervalued because of the amount of responsibilities they give you with a measely 3-5% raise every year if that. Simultaneously, when you ask what your nexts steps are they look at you and expect you to wait on people to retire

Different management is needed at this company
As a remote worker the pay is low in my area.
Better healthcare benefits, a salary more appropriate with the work I am delivering, and better parental leave.
Not paid a living wage for our location. Most employees have to have a second job for additional income. Salary is 40% less than other companies in the same territory.
They make learning fun. Although when In planning/producing mode...it's game on...... and still fun.
The way we all respect each other while doing everything we can to help each other throughout the day
Our local team is full of good people who care for eachother. The same cannot be said about the corporate/agency teams
Review from Operations Dept
They can pick up the pieces and run with it. Thay make it happen even when it doesn't look like it will
Because we are mostly remote, we have a tendency to schedule too many meetings to create a feeling of connectedness
They need better relationship skills.
The diverse workforce, the equality displayed, and the vast differences in the experiences of the workforce.
The way the supervisors treat us all with dignity and respect
Nothing really. Its all about you personally being positive and creating a positive atmosphere with everyone else.
Everything is remote and work from home
Union workers and lower level employee are understanding and share at least a bit of sympathy
There needs to be clear and honest communication with a true intent to build a collaborative team where everyone is involved. Managers should not be yelling aggressively at their employees.
Gender and racial equality. New President is white woman and she seems to only promote white women.
It was an interview. I liked nothing.
The friendliness of the individual who was in charge of the interview that day made me feel very comfortable
Concise, on point communication. People truly value me as a professional and a person who contributes to the growth of the company's business and benefits company's culture.
It was not very professional but was very normal and easy. Felt like a conversation more than an interview
Review from Operations Dept
It is fair and being able to apply for open positions within the company is a plus, but I wish they put more emphasis on promoting from within being loyal to the people who stayed thru the pandemic and believed in the company.

Seeing the happiness of the client/association, the satisfaction in a job effortlessly executed with my team, and the sight of the last piece of freight going out the freight door to be loaded.
The team work and the love we share for each other
Helping people achieve a great show that makes them walk away thinking they gained something personally and professionally
Review from Operations Dept
We've got an incredible legacy as a GC. As we evolve into a creative agency, I love the challenge of creating lasting impact for our customers.
