Helping people achieve a great show that makes them walk away thinking they gained something personally and professionally

It was not very professional but was very normal and easy. Felt like a conversation more than an interview

To be honest, not much. Very old school and take an approach of do this or find a new job
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our local team is full of good people who care for eachother. The same cannot be said about the corporate/agency teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the amount of responsibilities they give you with a measely 3-5% raise every year if that. Simultaneously, when you ask what your nexts steps are they look at you and expect you to wait on people to retire
