The flexibility, compensation, leadership, growth opportunities, and positively challenging work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part about my compensation package is the flexible and generous PTO!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Even though we all did it remotely, I was able to connect with the hiring manager (my now manager) and our CRO. The turn around was fast and they were able to answer all of my questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about our leadership team is that there is diversity. They all bring different experiences and backgrounds to the table and seeing it all work together as one is inspiring. Another thing about the leadership team is that they are all so approachable!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity is key in Fuel Cycle culture. This is one of the things I love about this company. Various age, race, backgrounds... It's so nice to see them all collaborating. I felt like I belong. And I also saw myself being a leader in this company!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager trusts my work and that I will get it done. He doesn't need to check-in every day. This is extremely beneficial for me since I work from home. He believes in flexible work days where we can take care of other things here and there, just get the work done.
