What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits - full coverage at a low price.

The pay is very competitive. Benefits are flexible and can be as robust or minimal as you see fit. PTO is very flexible as well.

The combination of everything together including bonuses and commission, but the core pieces that are the best -- salary, company stock and 401k contributions.

The benefits provided (PTO, healthcare coverage, 401K + match) are all on par with what's expected in my opinion. Being in a sales role, it's also great to have the ability to push myself to over exceed on my quota and have the ability to really push my commission/compensation as far as I can!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at industry standards, I feel as though my pay should be higher - especially with the support and value I bring to the company. While I think the pay is okay, I feel as though it should be higher to account for the above noted areas.
