Pay and benefits could be more competitive - offer better incentives for employees to hit their targets

I don't feel undervalued, but I feel as though better benefits, like more PTO, if not unlimited PTO (with trust that the team won't abuse it), and a wellness stipend like so many post-pandemic companies are adopting would definitely make me more a motivated employee.

My pay is about 40-50% lower than market value. When sharing these figures with leadership i get met with laughter, derision, and incredibility.
