It's an interesting culture of being extremely quick/productive/efficient but while being very laid back and comfortable with each other. We love to have fun, and we emphasize work-life balance.

We have a great team culture of being down to earth, open to communication and feedback, and just looking out for each other both on and off the job. We love learning from each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that in my small way I'm contributing to the growth of a market research company that I firmly believe is making actionable insights more widely available to companies of all sizes. And I work with some amazing people to reach that goal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very conversational while still very productive. They delved deep into my market research experience and genuinely seemed interested. They asked me challenging questions sometimes that pushed me to think outside the box. Also, I didn't have to go through a ton of interview rounds.
