Got a chance to meet a lot of different people at the company. The interview process was very conversational.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very knowledgeable and usually accessible. If you want to have a conversation with someone on the leadership team, it's very easy no matter what title you have in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is hardworking and willing to do whatever it takes to help us all succeed. There's not that many egos so it really feels like we're a cohesive team here.
