Great job, great benefits, but there needs to be more empathy for employees personal life.. It's not fair to mandatory overtime 5 minutes before you get off on your weekend, we can't even make plans to be with our family on our off days, because no off day is guaranteed.can't use your personal time

Knowing when I'm off so I can spend time with my family.. if there's mandatory overtime just let me know ahead of time.. not at 3:55 when I'm standing at the clock to clock out for my weekend.. and I'm supposed to get off at 4:00.. my daughter thought I was off she made plans.
