Communication and empathy are severely lacking
Empathy for the employees personal life.. Treat us like you want to be treated
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401(k) match is industry leading

It's ok, everything could be better, but I'm not a nitpicker
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was moved to a department I have no knowledge of and no expierence in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have different aspects.
Open to all levels of discussion
the coworkers get along and work well together
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training and cross training and eliminate the incentive it only works for 3 people per shift max. Creating animosity between coworkers. It also creates safety issues with the ones trying to achieve this unachievable goal and skipping steps and cutting corners causing major safety concerns
I don't know, maybe people as a whole need to have the attitude that they want to work?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team lead allows me to do my job
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Modernize HRIS and payroll systems
The employees need to be cared for like they matter

Via text instead of in person
Hiring manager prepped me for interview with executive leader
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe actually getting back to me in a timely manner would be nice
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is exceptional, and hard working
Knowing when I'm off so I can spend time with my family.. if there's mandatory overtime just let me know ahead of time.. not at 3:55 when I'm standing at the clock to clock out for my weekend.. and I'm supposed to get off at 4:00.. my daughter thought I was off she made plans. And I'm always the bad
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well for one I'd like to be paid on time
