Many good people comkng in but the old traditional expectations mean they quickly become disillusioned and leave

Average market wages but very tradional raises. You have to leave the company to get more than a 5% raise

Promoting proper and experienced personal at the plant level.

People who are not trained on equipment dont use it or get training.
