What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

I am on a pretty good level playing field with leadership and am able to offer more suggestions

They are willing to listen to facts when presented.

Visible and dynamic - talk a good talk

They're always prompt and attentive to our needs.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Growing the leadership skills is a priority. Central corporate programs are funded and supported to demonstrate this commitment.

They spout engagement but do little to back it up when production is on the line

All senior leadership needs to turnover before this company can ever hope to improve its culture. Executives openly joke about how "this is no place for 'feelers'." Senior leadership believes that if you think there's a problem with this company's culture - "YOU are the problem, not us."

Take a look at the HR reputation and culture within the HR team - change is far overdue

Everything needs to change. My boss lied and gossiped about people and then fired them for no reason.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

There is an annual bonus

Medical and dental and the 401k package

Average market wages but very tradional raises. You have to leave the company to get more than a 5% raise

They just really look out for us

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

The equity portion did not grow to take the place and base was under market

I would like to get our pay grid in the quality department updated and receive the same as quality techs in other locations recieve

The compensation is so low, that even in Wisconsin it's bad.

Males are promoted faster than females , even if female is better at the job.

Review from Operations Dept

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Energy and commitment to excel is high

They have started to pull together and become less resistant to change

They are polite when faced with complications

Many good people comkng in but the old traditional expectations mean they quickly become disillusioned and leave

The group of people you woke with on the lien become like family to you.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

More training with in departments

Frankly, observing business operations and the lack of leadership skills across the board and up to the highest levels of leadership, I cannot believe that thus company is still afloat.

We hire who will work here. I am a recruiter and I know we never get out top candidate. So, we are stuck with mediocrity.

They need better team work and need to learn how to talk to people

Review from Operations Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

For myself the most positive is the relationship I have with the IE staff and CI staff, this allows me to find root causes and eliminate better.

Very nice HQ, lots of attention to apprarances and image.

Most same level employee's are great too work sorry

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Culture intergrattion of acquired entities

There must be Trusting, civil interactions

Accountability, sustainment to processes, and action to dicipline

THE ENTIRE C-SUITE NEEDS TO GO IF IMPROVEMENTS ARE TO BE MADE IN COMPANY CULTURE.

The toxic culture, lead by Rhonda and Aaron, are so bad that it makes coming to work horrible. Everyone talks about how they are constantly looking to leave. Remote work will save us from here.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Depth of people.had opportunity to speak to

I knew HR from a previous job, and worked for the company previously

The newer hires intalked to were enthusiastic

It's easy because no one wants to work there. So anyone gets hired.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming

Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Listen to your gut, candidates. If you're getting red flags in the interview process, imagine how bad the employee experience is when they have no reason to try and wine-and-dine you.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

Visiting professional corporate central offices

Training new employees and knowing I have made their first few days a bit more manageable. Knowing I gave them the tools to get started in whatever role they may encounter

As a quality tech, I feel most happy when we can close out a quality issue as a win. Able to eliminate a root cause item.

A very noce physical setting

Leaving. That is it. Nothing else.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Too much infighting and my opinions are not valued

Absolutely incompetent leadership. Company is being run by the good old boys club who operate like this is still a 1950's family-owned business. No hope of succeeding in current/future endeavors with current leadership.
