
For myself the most positive is the relationship I have with the IE staff and CI staff, this allows me to find root causes and eliminate better.

The toxic culture, lead by Rhonda and Aaron, are so bad that it makes coming to work horrible. Everyone talks about how they are constantly looking to leave. Remote work will save us from here.
The supervisor constantly harassing People while favoring others
Need to hire people who actually want to work not just bodies to fill stations. And people who do work need recognition.
