Growing the leadership skills is a priority. Central corporate programs are funded and supported to demonstrate this commitment.

They spout engagement but do little to back it up when production is on the line

All senior leadership needs to turnover before this company can ever hope to improve its culture. Executives openly joke about how "this is no place for 'feelers'." Senior leadership believes that if you think there's a problem with this company's culture - "YOU are the problem, not us."

Take a look at the HR reputation and culture within the HR team - change is far overdue

Everything needs to change. My boss lied and gossiped about people and then fired them for no reason.

Empathy, helping and listening to our needs.

Making sure that leads, supervisors at all levels are held accountable for their actions and complaints from females against male staff are taken seriously. Making sure that all staff feel safe at work.
