They are a group of caring, honest and hardworking people. They lead by example. It's hard not to be inspired by people like them.

Working with others who have the same goal and being able to assist each other to find a resolution, either to close or insure the loan

"Be a good human" motto is not just a motto to get customers, it's a true saying that every one of us live by (or at least pretend to) and it really drives the company positively.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with co-workers that have so much to offer on a daily basis. I get challenged and learn something new (almost) every day, get motivated to do more by seeing others giving it their 110%, get my daily dose of laughs via funny comments, memes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are invested in the success of individuals in the company because they know that will lead to the success of the company. They are proactive and strategic. I have never seen teamwork like this leadership group. To top it off, they are all extremely knowledgeable.
