We all get a long and support each other when we need help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of bps I receive. Geneva pays a lot more than many other mortgage companies out there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and nice. Everyone treats each other with respect and kindness. Each department responds back in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and Branch Manager make me the most happy. Also, knowing I have the support I need to become successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My branch manager is always available whenever I need anything or if I have a question. She is very knowledgeable , sweet, kind and funny. She provides me with the tools I need to be successful. I couldn't ask for a better leader.
