Geneva culture has been a great fit for me and I often leave phone calls with leadership feeling positive about the future - mine and the company's. I have struggled with ops, and that is truly my only complaint - but on the plus side I do feel that there is a desire to do better.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my position, the ability to be compensated well but also be competitive is something I can set myself.
What makes you most happy at work?
New deals, naturally. Or when we close one for someone who was otherwise struggling to get into the market.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even if I know they're incredibly busy, they are still responsive. But more than that they are all genuine, authentic people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that the word culture is thrown around in a lot of places without much thought to what it really means. At Geneva, it seems there is actual effort that goes into creating a healthy culture.
