What are some of the best things about your team?

The people are the best thing about the company. We have an amazing internal team culture and everyone is really wonderful to work with. I've made some of my best friends at the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Nice interviewer, good prep in email correspondence for what was to come in the phone and in person interview. They gave some example scenarios of a customer interaction and had to role play a it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i feel that I've been taken advantage of in my role. the company leveraged my position to what would be convenient for them. i'd like to be paid fairly for the work I do and the value I bring to my team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

transparency and addressing the actual issues that are happening. main focus is on the wins not what needs to be worked on. there's a lot of expectations on employees for no equity, lower than market rate pay and they pile on extra work all throughout the year without a real promotion.
