What makes you most happy at work?
We really do help our customers. You know the customers by name and very well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Your co-workers have your back and you have theirs. everything is very "win as a team" motivated. so there's no point in just looking our for numero uno.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do a thing called "level 10" where everyone rates the quality of the meeting (1-10) and our goal is to make each meeting a 10. that process has helped us understand what everyone sees as important and we've made meetings a lot more efficient over time.
