Good. ELT needs to do a better job at employee engagement and recognition of all teams and not just some. Great place if you want to learn and grow. Company can do better at succession planning retention and education benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long term employee and have been loyal. Company should provide fair pay to respect loyalty and ensure they are paying well compared to the competitors
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Immediate leadership (manager) has taken feedback given to him and has worked on it and our relationship has drastically improved. Manager and his boss is very supportive about career development. However above that level there is no opinion as I notice a big disconnect among SLT and ELT n employees
