What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the competitive base salary as well as the equity is a nice incentive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent and accessible - I enjoy the regular roundtables and that town halls are called when there are changes or updates that are important for GRAILers to learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are truly encourage to live and breathe our values - we have workshops around them, any trainings encompass our values, and people are recognized for exhibiting the behaviors that support our values.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being busy and contributing to the success of an organization that is truly making a positive impact for mankind. There are many opportunities to raise your hand and grow professionally, and the people are also amazing! I really enjoy the opportunities to collaborate.

I really enjoy that our team consists of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Each person brings a different perspective or insights around ways of working, it keeps the work interesting and fosters creativity, as people are encouraged to bring their unique ideas to make an impact.
