I've been at this company for close to 4 years. It has been a great experience and I feel lucky to be part of this company. The work/life balance and the pace of the work was a lot better in the beginning, but now I feel close to burning out due to the fast pacing & multiple direction GRAIL is going

Working towards a good cause.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Depends on the functional group. I've noticed different functional groups have different cultures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions and compensations are not provided regardless of meeting goals and going above and beyond.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hans is very frank and I really appreciate the honestly and the transparency we get from him.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good and helpful people. I like my team. If anything I've gotten to know them better working remotely over the past 1.5 years.
