People asked real work questions and tried to get my opinion. It wasn't a "box checking" exercise where they were just looking for specific items on my resume

Our leadership team is great! We make calculated & intelligent moves/decisions based on the current market and future of the industry. We are not a spaghetti against the wall approach you see with other tech companies, and we operate like a targeted well oiled machine
