What is the best part about your compensation package?
Learning budget is great. The pay is very fair given the current market conditions

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative. Also it is a global team. So help is available anytime :). The culture is very welcoming and supportive. We challenge each other in a healthy way which is also very important.

There is no expectation to work off-hours, there may be instances of working outside of 9:00 - 5:00 time but those are very rare and only when there is a very urgent issue which can't wait.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Welcoming and helpful interviewers. They were willing me on and supporting me while I was solving problems. It felt like collaboration rather than an interview which brought out the best in me. Props to the interviewers.

Meeting several people from the company and going through a thorough interviewing process with technical skills evaluations as well as meeting leadership
