Groove is the best place to work, the work experience, exposure, collaboration is just amazing. Benefits are also good, can be improved in terms of stock options refresh and 401k. I am sure they will improve as we are in a growth phase and these things improve overtime for any startup.

I am happy about the involvement and impact that I am making to the company
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very interesting to talk to everyone in the interview process and real time discussing the challenges and how we will overcome those challenges
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no expectation to work off-hours, there may be instances of working outside of 9:00 - 5:00 time but those are very rare and only when there is a very urgent issue which can't wait.
