They care about everyone from the top to the bottom. Will listen and actually care about your career development.
My manager has a good understanding of what I'm working on and is available to answer questions/support me. When things get crazy (many incoming requests at once) they are understanding of other slipped deadlines
The team is transparent with their employees and how our company is performing

Benefits are great. Happy that we get 99% of premiums paid for. The PTO policy is also really generous.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slightly under market pay. Other benefits are very good
More definition on what it takes to get to the "next level" in terms of pay/a title change would be extremely helpful in terms of expectations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
close-knit, supportive, approachable, and again just fun, cool people

Very collaborative and fun to be around. Feel like I have gained new friends and learned from my team since being at Groove.
Everyone is supportive and willing to jump on a zoom if someone is stuck; I never feel like I'm imposing
We have a very diverse team, that helps us collaborate more effectively

More ownership and accountability instead of excuses
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast-paced and high energy. A feeling of momentum and that we are heading in the right direction as a company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
not your typical interview process, really wanted to get to know me at my roots

Everyone was very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Positivity was a theme in every interview.
Recruiter was responsive to requests (additional meeting with hiring manager, pm), and everyone I talked to seemed to like coming to work every day
That I was able to meet multiple members from the team before signing.
It wasn't too short or too long. I wasn't asked to do 20+ hours of work during the process as I was at different companies
