What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership consistently demonstrates our core values, and motivates me to continuously improve. I can feel the genuine interest to drive successful habits and motions both for the company overall and for me as a valued member.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid to do what I love and work with some wonderful people along the way.
The wages are very competitive and Groove pays 99% of the healthcare premiums.
401K match and comprehensive benefits.
Learning budget is great. The pay is very fair given the current market conditions

Fantastic health insurance coverage. It was such an improvement from my last job, it felt like an extra raise with how much they cover.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slightly under market pay. Other benefits are very good
More definition on what it takes to get to the "next level" in terms of pay/a title change would be extremely helpful in terms of expectations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart team, that really understands the importance of what we do and are very kind!
I work with collaborative people that are open to suggestions and helps me become better
everyone is very supportive of each other and will jump in to help anytime anyone needs it.
My team is passionate and always bringing new ideas to the table.
My team is very collaborative. Also it is a global team. So help is available anytime :). The culture is very welcoming and supportive. We challenge each other in a healthy way which is also very important.

People truly care at Groove. They are nice friendly people who have high standards and welcome to excell.
That I like my team so I like interacting with them, sharing wins and the sting of a loss.
Groove does a good job of hiring people who embody our core values - as a result, we get to work with people with kindness, empathy, and drive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too much work, no priorities set correctly. Always juggling between different tasks without clear vision.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Welcoming and helpful interviewers. They were willing me on and supporting me while I was solving problems. It felt like collaboration rather than an interview which brought out the best in me. Props to the interviewers.

People asked insightful questions and really listened.
There is a wrong impression set about the company, everyone seems to be very nice during the interview but the picture is different
The speed! I interviewed for multiple positions at the time, and Groove kept deadlines and moved quickly. 5 interviews were over three weeks as appose to an average of 5 over two months from the three other companies I received offers from.

What makes you most happy at work?
One of the beautiful things about working for a small company is that, because of my role, get to build and improve things that have never been done before. Very fortunate to be able to do that.
I get to work with great people on a product many people love
success and getting positive feedback when I do well as well as getting coaching and direction in a positive way when I make mistakes.
