My manager has a good understanding of what I'm working on and is available to answer questions/support me. When things get crazy (many incoming requests at once) they are understanding of other slipped deadlines

not your typical interview process, really wanted to get to know me at my roots

Everyone was very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Positivity was a theme in every interview.
Recruiter was responsive to requests (additional meeting with hiring manager, pm), and everyone I talked to seemed to like coming to work every day
That I was able to meet multiple members from the team before signing.
It wasn't too short or too long. I wasn't asked to do 20+ hours of work during the process as I was at different companies
