I am incredibly thankful that I've had the chance to work at GSP. I'm proud of my accomplishments and contributions to the growth of the company. I look forward to coming to work with the talented people I work with. I believe in the future of the company and its growth strategies.
If you work hard, show some initiative, be a good teammate the advancement opportunities will present themselves . So many people have risen through the ranks and so many people that have tenure in excess of 10-15-20-25 years and more. That is a statement in itself. That is my story!

Overall it has been a fast ride, training in the beginning was not great. Policies and procedures are different in all plants making it hard to be cohesive.
GSP provides an opportunity to work with good people and led by an executive team who truly care about its customers and employees. The company has reached an inflection point: Large enough to provide general stability, but lacking the resources or leadership for further growth.
