I love my job and I love what I do. I even show initiative outside of my employee position. There just needs to be better management coming from higher ups and department managements.

I like how my boss cares for everyone in the department.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Proper organization of client monthly's to diminish slow time that usually lasts a month and a half. Spreading out the clients orders throughout the month instead of the 1st two weeks of the month would help lessen the slow time mentioned.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management fairness for each employee needs to be modified. Some employees in my department are working from home without legitimate reason other than because they feel like it. And management is allowing it. This issue is unfair to loyal employees and is in need of resolving NOW.
