What do you like best about the leadership team?

They always sounds optimistic, even in the face of adversity and when people are feeling the hurt (sometimes caused by said leadership team).

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I worked in a group where the biggest voice could overpower the conversation and destroy collaboration and any sense of feeling safe in speaking openly. That is not typical, but that kind of "talent" was retained for far too long without corrective action.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a member of a marginalized group that HERE is ok with not providing certain benefits for. I would have preferred to been heard through my advocacy, understood, and had some positive response (or even an effort) to fix something that affects a non-trivial number of people.
