The people... every day that I bring my whole self to work, so do my peers. We collaborate, share diverse ideas and get to innovate on what could be... we give back to our communities, we are bold and we win together to bring the most innovated products on the market.

This can be a plus or minus but folk tend to focus on work or positive conversation, nothing political, religious or otherwise polarizing. As global company it works as we all have challenges in our countries and societies.

Performance orientation and meritocracy should be the norm
