I have truly enjoyed working at Cleo as I feel that I can be my true and authentic self. What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping others and everyday I know I've helped/touched at least 2-3 families through a check-in call or thoughtful message that shared resources and actionable steps to support their struggles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upon being hired, I asked if I could start at a higher compensation given my extensive experience - however, I was told due to me only having a bachelor's degree (no masters or certification), they would not be able to offer me more.
