I love Cleo! My primary point of contention, however, is our limited parental leave policy. I would love to see us be a leader in the field and offer a more competitive parental leave for our employees. We need to practice what we preach!

I love our culture! It is friendly, welcoming, non-judgmental, supportive and warm.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We hear all the time that Guides are the "secret sauce" of Cleo- the key to its program and success, yet I do not believe that guides are compensated fairly. To have either a higher hourly rate or benefits of some sort would make me feel much better.
