I really value the service that we offer to the members, and feel honored to be able to give this service. I am totally burning out with the workload needed in the time allocated. It is unstainable. My manager does offer much help with this, but her help is limited by her own load.

They have each other's backs. Kindness and compassion is always present, even when they are struggling themselves.

When I feel that I have actually been able to give families the time they deserve and have helped them in some way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The requirements are hard to do in a part time hours, and this impacts my ability to earn in my private practice - which I need to help bring my income to cover the cost of living.
