i LOVE working at Cleo. There are times when my workload increases & feels unmanageable. I tend to be a worker that 'finds a way' & stretches to accomplish too much too quickly. i wish every day & week didn't feel like a sprint. it feels really hard to keep up with all tasks & dashboard maintenance

we truly care about eachother. it is such a supportive environment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
competitive wages for specialist work. the specialist work makes the wages as a part-time guide possible. i would not be able to live off the guide swages alone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they actively try to make this an environment where employees feel valued, appreciated, and trusted. They also try to help us find work/life balance which is not what i am used to!
