What is the best part about your compensation package?
A really great base salary, and more than reasonable OKR's to make sure we can hit our OTE.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really live their values, and it can be seen all throughout the company from CEO to my fellow entry level co workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sales team culture is great. Sales can be a breeding ground for a toxic culture, but this team really is a team, and helps one another achieve their goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting noticed for hard work and success. Entry level roles can often get overlooked but they make sure to encourage us and give us gratitude when we do well and/or give good effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way leadership treats their employees. They are kind, but also will be straight up with how we can be better. I think balancing both of those is incredibly difficult and they do a great job.
