My team works very well as a cohesive unit, and the different personalities and backgrounds on the team mean that we have good diversity and a wide range of opinions and experiences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I always feel heard at HomeLight. I can tell my manager or the executive team that I disagree with their approach (and why), and I know they will take my opinion into consideration and often act on what I have told them.
