My team is very spirited and friendly. Even though we are 100% work from home right now, I still feel that camaraderie.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like knowing that I am helping people buy/sell their homes. It feels good to try to make a difficult process a little easier for someone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The earning potential is great! As long as you're working hard, you're making the money. The benefits package is also a huge bonus as well as the PTO. It's really a 10/10!

The team at HomeLight is so supportive! They really care about making the work and the culture a positive experience. I am very proud to say I am part of the HomeLight Team.
