Being with HL is by far the most exciting and valuable work experience I ever had in my entire career! I've never experienced a company who takes care of its employees regardless where you are in the world and give you the same treatment as everyone else!

Be Part of Our Family is one of our strongest value! Regardless if you are working onsite in an office or on one of our remote offices, both US and overseas, everyone is so accommodating and easy to reach out to!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I am able to collaborate with my team, even if we are thousand of miles away! Since everyone is working remotely, there more time for virtual meetings and you can feel the love and support during every conversations.

There is no micromanaging in this company. It allows me as an individual to do my own style of work and my own strategies. While we work individually, I know that I can reach out to my direct supervisor immediately if ever I encounter any issues. Very supportive!
