The Executive team at Honeycomb is incredibly diverse, and exceptionally bright. They truly balance the needs of the business with the needs of their people, and are good humans!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The company practices recognition to the Nth degree! From "gratefuls" at All Hands, to #love slack channel, they practice public praise OFTEN. It is wonderful to see (and experience)!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company truly lives its values, particularly hiring (and treating like) adults. There is a lot of trust and autonomy given freely on Day 1. Your opinions and thoughts matter, and everyone is encouraged to challenge assumptions, and offer input!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honeycomb's compensation is closely tied to their remote-first strategy. They pay based on San Francisco HQ and talent pool NO MATTER where you are physically located in the US. They also take pay equity VERY seriously and strive to have a "no negotiation" policy, benchmarking to industry and levels
