Our leadership team is open, honest, and transparent with the employees. I love the fact we're running an experiment with an employee board member. It shows how the employees voice is valued in establishing the company's future strategy.
Extremely willing to take feedback / criticism and make improvements on that feedback. Recognition of the importance of things (business, tech, and cultural) that are hard short term but will pay off long term.
