Overall my experience at Honeycomb so far has ben excellent! I felt part of the team instantly and am excited about getting started on some big projects!

Again, super early, but it's been a great first week, full of support, fun, and great learning opportunities.

Any expectation I had coming in was blown out of the water. Higher salary and better benefits, kinder people, interesting challenges, genuine feelings of welcoming, opportunities to learn and grow... all better than expected.

In some cases the company states that certain career paths must end and a lateral move is necessary to continue advancing. Any executive or director can block you if they don't like you.
