What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated getting to talk to a wide range of people in a wide range of roles - and when I got on the inside I learned they take group conversations about whether someone is a good hire seriouslly.

I liked the scenario questions- the team really put thought into the questions and how they relate to my specific role

We set clear expectations for interviews. The goal is to see each candidate at their best, not set up traps or gotchas. Interviewing is a two way street and we want to help candidates learn about Honeycomb as well as see whether they will fit the need for which we're hiring.
