I love my job. There is great learning.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Learning and comfort. Small team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leaders should be thinking more about the team instead of thinking about themselves. Rules should be the same for everyone.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviewer was very polite and he made me feel comfortable so that I can answer all the questions without hesitation.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Not able to understand the management. I never received any explanation for any activity in the team from the direct manager. All we get the to know is that leadership team has decided.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of work and dedication I put as compared to others getting less paid and less increment with no explanation. No rewards and recognition in the team. I will feel better if we get any reward. Also explanation of increment percentage every year.
