Commission structure is fair. The success of the company is the top priority, but the idea of employees profiting greatly along the way is celebrated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Top performers are celebrated, while anybody in need of help always receives it. It is truly a team atmosphere, driven at the top by the highly engaged executive team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
An unconventional process where personality fit takes precedent. Very few of the typical interview questions that are unrelated to the role. The executive team is heavily involved in the process as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team understands and does not shy away from financial incentives. They are able to motivate employees and promote an energetic environment without adhering to the typical, cookie cutter style of macro level management at other companies.
