I have grown an incredible amount over the last two years, and honestly don't think I would've seen the same amount of growth had I worked elsewhere. The professional and personal development alone has been rewarding and I wouldn't trade this opportunity for the world!

Everyone wants each other to succeed and will always be there to lend a helping hand to make that happen. We celebrate all the wins no matter how big or small.

We all have goals that we set forth to accomplish but we also know how to celebrate the little wins within the office. There is such a great balance between professionalism and fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love waking up and knowing that everyone is going to bring some high energy into the day! I always look forward to our morning meetings because its always the best way to kick off the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we all have very different personalities, we all still mesh incredibly well. No one is a stranger to anyone in the office, and people go out of their way to make our new hires feel welcome as well.

Our leadership team has always truly gone above and beyond that of a typical leader. They help foster success while providing direction. Not only are they invested in your career growth but also each employee's personal growth outside of the office. They are the definition of leading by example.

Honestly how we all interact here in the office is the best part of my day. There is a sense of competitiveness that is unmatched. Everyone shows up every day to better themselves and the person sitting right next to them. A little healthy competition is what makes me happiest here!

I think the best part is the employees truly set the culture here. Everyone's input really matters on how we want to be as a company and what we put forth to the outside world! It doesn't matter if you were hired yesterday or have been here for 4 years, your opinion matters!!
